Idea.
– creation of a new urban centre, based on connections between listed and distinct buildings of Carlsberg
– new entrances and adequate urban structures will connect and integrate Carlsberg district to existing neighbourhoods and structures
– creation of sustainable public and private spaces
– compactness and composure of urban area, diversity of typologies
– becoming 24/7 district by diverse character of urban spots (cultural & social facilities, residence, retail, service, administration, recreation areas…)

carlsberg spot. creative factory, Carlsberg administration, museum
active spot. Carlsberg square (retail, events, residential, service), power station (multipurpose hall, conference centre, restaurant, bar, lounge), boiler house (fitness & wellness)
science spot. Carlsberg science centre, Carlsberg campus
history spot. Carlsberg visitors` centre, landscaped garden
entertainment spot. hanging gardens (cinema, filmstudios), offices
landmark spot. new Carlsberg tower, residential area
humleby spot. completition of Humleby , residential area, characterized by common activities
